Portable Toilet Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of portable sanitation facilities. Their work includes cleaning and restocking supplies, and they may also be responsible for transporting the units to and from event sites. Must Have a Tanker Endorsement. Responsibilities: • Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with Live Oak Environmental, LLC, and DOT requirements. • Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with Live Oak Environmental, LLC, and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries. • Perform duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. In addition, perform lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. on a frequent basis during work shift. • Conduct portable toilets servicing to Live Oak Environmental service standard. • Perform customer service interactions when on customer work sites to ensure they are getting the services completed to their standard. • Ability to be flexible in order to meet customer needs when routes need to be adjusted or changed. • Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Dispatcher to be most efficient, as well as giving the customer the best service possible. • Ability to strategically plan for customer needs by discussing their portable toilet needs, so the customer's current and future needs are satisfied. • Other duties, as assigned. • Perform routine cleaning of portable toilets. • Restock toilet supplies, such as toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and chemicals. • Follow safety procedures while handling chemicals and cleaning equipment. • Perform routine maintenance checks on portable toilets. • Report any damages or malfunctions of the portable toilets to management. Qualifications: Work Environment: • You are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Requirements: • HS Diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. • At least 1 year of general vehicle driving experience. • Valid Driver's License CDL B with tanker endorsements. • Must pass DOT Physical and drug screening. Compensation: $21 - $23 hourly
