Responsibilities: • Conduct Comprehensive Quality Reviews : Perform detailed quality checks on various banking operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. • Develop and Implement Quality Control Procedures : Establish robust procedures and guidelines to maintain high-quality standards across all departments. • Monitor and Report on Quality Metrics : Regularly analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and provide insightful reports to senior management to drive continuous improvement. • Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives : Spearhead projects aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. • Train and Mentor Staff : Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices, fostering a culture of excellence. • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with other departments to resolve quality issues and implement effective solutions. • Ensure Regulatory Compliance : Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all processes comply with applicable laws and standards. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field : A solid educational foundation to understand complex banking operations. • 5+ Years of Experience in Quality Control or Banking Operations : Proven experience to handle the responsibilities effectively. • Strong Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop strategic solutions. • Excellent Communication Skills : Proficient in verbal and written communication, enabling clear and effective interactions with team members and management. • Detail-Oriented and Organized : Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects with a high degree of accuracy. • Leadership Abilities : Experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve high standards of quality. • Knowledge of Regulatory Standards : Familiarity with banking regulations and quality control practices to ensure compliance and excellence. Compensation: $65,000-$72,000 yearly
