    Are you an experienced real estate attorney with a proven track record and extensive real estate transactional experience? Our busy firm is growing, and we need a skilled professional to oversee real estate transactions (primarily residential), interact with clients and referral partners, attend closings, draft and review purchase contracts and conveyance documents, and represent clients effectively. If you have 3 years of real estate litigation, a current license, and excellent negotiation and communication skills, apply today. Responsibilities: • Take into account all legal aspects of clients’ intended outcome and personal circumstances to provide sound legal advice to them • Settle terms and conditions for real estate transactions, and facilitate the transfer of title between real estate agents, borrowers, and title company • Conduct detailed due diligence, and inspect title examination, closing binder, and legal documents for legal risk, completion, and accuracy • Represent client at real estate closings, in real estate disputes, and real estate litigation • Delegate tasks to paralegals and support staff Qualifications: • Working knowledge of title insurance, land use, business law, property management, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation • Hold a current law license in the state and be a member of your local bar association • J.D. (Juris Doctorate) degree required from an accredited law school is required • Minimum 3 years of experience as a residential or commercial real estate attorney, as a transactional attorney, or as corporate counsel for a real estate development firm • Exceptional negotiation, research, networking, and communication skills are desired Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 yearly
