Three Oaks Hospitality is looking for Porter to assist with keeping our restaurant location in a safe, clean and orderly condition. Note that this role requires working in shifts and, occasionally, during evenings or weekends.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
 Duties/Responsibilities:
- Sweep, scrub, mop floors
 
- Dust furniture and fittings
 
- Empty and clean trash containers
 
- Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
 
- Clean and stock restrooms
 
- Wipe down glass surfaces
 
- Wash windows as scheduled
 
- Operate mechanized cleaning equipment
 
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
 
- Monitor and report necessary repairs and replacements
 
- Other duties as assigned
 
 Required Skills/Abilities:
- Courteous and pleasant to all guests
 
- Ability to work as a team with fellow porters and other staff
 
- Ability to follow direction from supervisors/managers
 
- Previous job references are required
 
- Availability to work nights, weekend and/or holidays may be required
 
 Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred. 
 
- Previous experience in the porter or janitorial field is a plus, but not required
 
Physical Requirements:
- Remain standing for extended periods of time. 
 
- Bending, squatting and lifting up to 20 lbs. for short distances. 
 
- Ability to work with varying noise levels.
