Your Role: Maintenance Porter

As a Maintenance Porter, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community to ensure a safe, attractive, and fully functional living environment for our residents. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, Property Director and team to anticipate and resolve maintenance issues, assist with make-readies to the highest standard and onging property cleanliness, trash removal, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete resident work orders in a timely, customer-focused manner (within 24 hours when possible)

Perform routine and emergency maintenance

Follow preventative maintenance plans and safety protocols

Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment upkeep

Assist in preparing apartments for new residents

Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Groundskeeping and curb appeal

What You Bring:

At least 1 year of experience

Strong knowledge of general maintenance, and grounds upkeep

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required

Tools & Equipment You’ll Use:

Hand & power tools, ladders, pumps, compressors, and more

Work Environment:

Indoor and outdoor work in various conditions

Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and complete physically demanding tasks
