The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and functionality within our facility, ensuring our guests and employees experience a welcoming and pleasant environment.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the premises, including common areas, restrooms, and entryways.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as needed.
- Ensure all supplies and materials are stocked and available in designated areas.
- Safely and efficiently handle waste disposal and recycling tasks.
- Provide assistance to guests or visitors by offering directions and general information about the facility.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
- Support other departments with various tasks, as needed, to contribute to the smooth operation of the facility.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a porter, custodian, or similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A team-oriented attitude and a proactive approach to assigned tasks.
