Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our building operations team. The Porter plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of the property, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and amenity spaces

Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal

Remove garbage and recycling from designated areas and dispose of properly

Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed, including changing light bulbs and reporting repairs

Monitor building condition and report safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly

Assist with deliveries, package handling, and moving items as required

Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal, salt application, or outdoor cleaning

Maintain cleaning supply inventory and report shortages

Follow building safety procedures and standards at all times
