Position Overview The Porter plays a critical support role in our daily operations. This hands-on position helps keep the shop running smoothly by assisting with vehicle check-in, test drives, the loaner car program, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-minded, and committed to helping the shop run at its best — every day.

What You’ll Do

Greet and check in customers in a professional, friendly manner

Test-drive vehicles before or after service as needed

Move vehicles in/out of bays and maintain organized parking lot flow

Assist with the loaner car program: track vehicles, complete paperwork, prep cars

Wash, vacuum, and prepare serviced vehicles for customer pickup

Support technicians and service advisors with errands, parts runs, etc.

Maintain cleanliness of shop, lot, restrooms, and customer waiting area

Ensure all vehicles are secure and keys are returned properly

Follow all safety procedures and shop protocols

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Comfortable driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision

Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Able to be on your feet for most of the day and lift up to 50 lbs

Prior porter or automotive experience is a plus but not required
