- Assist in the setup and installation of new equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and part replacements.
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Understanding of basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to take on a flexible schedule, including possibility of overtime and on-call duties.
