JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hotel Housekeeper provides cleaning of Hotel Rooms and/or various laundry and hotel cleaning duties in a professional manner in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.

GENERAL DUTIES:

Hotel Room Cleaning…

• Cleans an average of 6-8 Hotel Rooms on a daily basis.
• Cleaning of Hotel Rooms includes: vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning restrooms, restocking toiletries, cleaning glass and mirrors, dusting, disinfecting, emptying trash, etc.

Laundry Service…

• May assist with Laundry Service, in the Laundry Dept., as directed by Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Laundry Duties include: wash, dry, fold all hotel linens, and restock.

Public Space Cleaning…

• May assist with cleaning of Public Space Areas in the hotel.
• Public Space Cleaning includes: sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, vacuuming, cleaning glass/mirrors, etc.

HOURS/DAYS:

• 32 hours a week.
• Weekday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Weekend 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Weekends are required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must submit Clean Background Check and Clean Drug Testing.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Takes direction well.
• Strong Customer Service Skills.
• Punctual, Friendly, Outgoing, positive, works well with others.

PREFERENCES:

• All language speakers welcome.
• Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle to get to and from work location preferred (not required).

Limpieza de habitaciones…

Limpia un promedio de 6-8 habitaciones de hotel diariamente. La limpieza de las habitaciones del hotel incluye: pasar la aspiradora, cambiar la ropa de cama, hacer las camas, limpiar los baños, reabastecer los artículos de tocador, limpiar vidrios y espejos, quitar el polvo, desinfectar, vaciar la basura, etc. Servicio de lavandería…

Puede ayudar con el Servicio de Lavandería, en el Departamento de Lavandería, según lo indique el Supervisor de Limpieza. Los deberes de lavandería incluyen: lavar, secar, doblar todas las sábanas del hotel y reabastecerlas. Limpieza de espacios públicos…

Puede ayudar con la limpieza de las áreas de espacio público en el hotel. La limpieza de espacios públicos incluye: barrer, trapear, quitar el polvo, desinfectar superficies, aspirar, limpiar vidrios/espejos, etc.

HORAS/DÍAS:

32 horas a la semana. Laborables: de 8:00 a 16:30 horas. Fin de semana de 9:00 a 17:30 Se requieren fines de semana.

REQUISITOS:

Debe presentar una verificación de antecedentes limpios y una prueba de drogas limpia. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación. Toma bien la dirección. Fuertes habilidades de servicio al cliente. Puntual, amable, extrovertido, positivo, trabaja bien con los demás.

PREFERENCIAS:
