Role: Portfolio Manager Location: New York City Duration: 6+ Months

Minimum Qualifications −

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in progressively more responsible positions in the development and delivery of Architectural/Engineering projects.

Demonstrated experience managing a variety of capital projects that involve significant design and construction elements, including the monitoring and reporting of cost forecasts against budgets and the management of project schedules.
