    Peake Property Management is seeking an experienced and highly organized Portfolio Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a designated group of residential rental properties. This role requires strong property management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AppFolio, a thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws, and a proactive approach to client and tenant relations. Responsibilities: • Oversee the full operational management of a designated portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high level of service for both landlords and tenants. • Coordinate all leasing, maintenance, move-in/move-out, and tenant relations activities within the portfolio. • Ensure strict compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, and company policies. • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, landlords, and tenants within the assigned portfolio, handling inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution professionally. • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring quality service delivery and competitive pricing. • Maintain accurate, organized records for lease agreements, maintenance requests, financial reports, and property activity logs. • Collaborate with the facilities management team to prioritize and coordinate repairs, improvements, and capital projects. • Provide regular portfolio performance updates and reporting to ownership and leadership teams. Qualifications: • 2–3 years of experience using AppFolio property management software is required. • Proven experience in residential property management with a portfolio or multi-property focus. • Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and Section 8 guidelines. • Demonstrated conflict management and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction. • Proficiency in professional phone, email, and customer service etiquette. • Experience with vendor management and facilities coordination. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. • A real estate license is preferred, but not required. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
