Compensation: • $65,000 - $75,000 Base + Annual Bonuses | Earnings Increase with Your Portfolio Responsibilities: • Support and manage property managers and be their first line of support with their leasing and property management needs • Oversee the entire life cycle of multiple rental properties • Coordinate maintenance and repairs while maintaining cost-efficiency and timely completion • Handle tenant communications, including lease agreements, renewals, and issue resolution • Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws • Continuously grow your portfolio - your income scales with every additional door Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience managing multiple residential properties • Strong understanding of full-cycle property management • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented and proactive with a client-first mindset Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 Base + Annual Bonuses
