    What You'll Do
    • Serve as a key point of contact for commercial and consumer loan clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from application to close.
    • Partner closely with Loan Officers on financial analysis, underwriting support, loan documentation, and covenant monitoring.
    • Identify cross-sell opportunities and deepen client relationships across the full suite of banking products.
    • Help drive business development through community involvement and relationship building.
    • Maintain portfolio quality by managing delinquency and collections within bank guidelines.
    What You Bring
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years in financial services; consumer or commercial lending background preferred.
    • Sharp analytical instincts, sound judgment, and a proactive, project-ownership mindset.
    • Polished communication skills and a professional presence — you're the face of the bank to your clients.
    • A dependable, detail-oriented approach to documentation, compliance, and deadlines.
