Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
· Monitor linen inventory at OHSU hospital and clinic locations
· Act as liaison between Linen Managers and PHSC management regarding linen concerns
· Audit quality control process to ensure standards are being met
· Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of soil rooms at OHSU hospital and clinic locations
· Perform root cause analysis to identify and correct linen issues
· Manage customer direct relationship and ensure feedback
· Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance
· Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
· Implements linen changes and manages projects related to linen in organized and efficient manner
· Respectfully takes direction from manager and from management at customer sites
· Other duties as assigned

· Valid driver license
· Reliable transportation for travel to different OHSU locations throughout work day

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma or GED
· 1 to 2 year(s) related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Job requires specialized computer skills. Must be adept at using various applications including database, spreadsheet, report writing, project management, graphics, word processing, presentation creation/editing, communicate by e-mail and use scheduling software.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
