The team is growing at a fast pace and this person will be groomed to sell 3+ houses per month. We are a team of top-producing agents! Our team provides its agents with leads, the CINC CRM, Vulcan, Mojo, zBuyer & other lead generation systems, individual and group coaching, a full-time in-house transaction coordinator, a full-time in-house listing coordinator, top industry professional connections, and much more!  Apply today and upload your resume to jump-start your real estate career! (In-person interviews to being again shortly(maybe, hopefully), and I'm happy to accommodate however I can Responsibilities: • Daily lead generation for new clients • Daily lead follow-up with new clients and existing clients • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential home sellers • Work respectfully & productively with co-op agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Call current active clients weekly and provide feedback on their listing's activity • Promptly respond to all customer calls, texts, emails, and all other requests • Work along with our admin team with existing clients while prospecting for new business Qualifications: • Oregon or Washington Real Estate license (NEED TO HAVE OR NEED TO BE ABLE TO ATTAIN) • Must live within an hour of Portland, OR, as our office is in Portland, or be comfortable working remotely • Professional attitude and professional appearance • Independent worker and self-motivated to succeed • Strong phone skills & the ability to build rapport set appointments over the phone • Passion to learn and grow both individually and within the team • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Team player who thrives working with a tight-knit group where their activities can directly affect each others success Compensation: $75,000 - $245,000 yearly
