Portland Rescue Mission is seeking a Women's Recovery Growth Leader to serve in its New Life recovery program at Shepherd's Door. **THE POSITION
** The Women’s Recovery Growth Leader will have the opportunity to serve program participants experiencing life transformation by overseeing the delivery of case management and addictions recovery program components, carrying a case load of up to 12 women. This person will cultivate transformed lives by equipping the Shepherd's Door community for effective addictions recovery, relapse prevention, and in-depth growth. **THE PLACE
** Shepherd’s Door, Portland Rescue Mission’s women’s facility, is set in a retreat-like setting located in East Portland, designed specifically to support the transformation and growth of women, and women with children, impacted by homelessness and addiction. This 42,000 square foot facility has the capacity to serve 42 adults and 25 children.
