Outbound Call Representative

Posit Science, the developers of BrainHQ, are hiring an Outbound Call Representative. The position is temporary (10-20 weeks), part-time (10-15 hours/week), and for remote work.

We're deeply committed to science – we were the first brain training company to run clinical trials to show that our program worked, and as a result we are the first brain training company to work with national distribution partners, including libraries, auto insurers, and health insurers. What We're Looking For

We're looking to build our Call Center team. This team calls health plan members to inform them of the good news that they get BrainHQ at no cost, provided by their health plan. This is not a sales position - the people you will be calling are already entitled to this health plan benefit, they just need to know about it. The Call Center team provides members with general information about BrainHQ and schedules the member with a BrainHQ coach for account registration.

We're looking for people who:

• Can genuinely empathize with older people—understanding and appreciating their life goals and challenges
• Are great at talking with people and developing trust through conversation
• Have great active listening skills
• Can explain complex ideas in simple terms
• Like to help other people and enjoy solving problems
• Are familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and similar applications
• Want to work on a small team with significant autonomy, flexibility, and responsibility
• Being fluent in a language other than English is is a plus, but not a requirement

What You'll Do

• This is a short-term employment opportunity. We expect the work to last for about 10-20 weeks.
• This is a part-time employment opportunity. We expect 10-15 hours of work per week. We can work with you to make a schedule that works for you.
• This is a remote work opportunity. We will provide you with a computer. You will need to have a reliable internet connection.
