    Licensed Mental Health Therapist -Psychologist, MFT, LPCC, LCSW Our Licensed Psychologists and master' Level Clinicians provide counseling services and mental health treatment to individuals, couples, and families in a group private practice setting. We are currently hiring full-time Licensed Clinicians (27 - 30 clients per week) to see clients in person at our new Central San Diego office (Clairemont/Bay Park). Hybrid (both in-person and virtual) schedules are also available. Each clinician in our practice is allowed to focus on seeing the clients they most enjoy working with within therapy. We believe that if you are focused on what you do best, clients will receive the best care possible and our mission statement will be met What is your therapy superpower? We want to know! Our group is diverse in the types of clinical skills and specialties of each Psychologist and Therapist in our practice. We currently have a high need for the following clinical specialties: Trauma, Couples Therapy, Children and Adolescents, and LGBTQ expertise. Training in evidence-based treatment is also highly desired. Applicants with other areas of expertise will also be considered. Full-time Benefits: • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave • Student Loan Repayment Incentive • 401(k) plan with company matching • Access to quality Continuing Education training hosted by Coastal Continuing Education at no cost • Regular case consultation with colleagues • Malpractice insurance covered by the practice Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Provide counseling services which may include relationship concerns, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and depression • Diagnose and apply appropriate treatments for psychological disorders • Provide individualized psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and/or family • Collaborate with the client(s) and/or family members to develop plans to positively manage and respond to issues; assist clients with replacing unhealthy or dysfunctional behaviors with healthy choices • Create and document measurable treatment plans during initial sessions and throughout treatment as needed • Maintain active license to provide healthcare in California including completing required continuing education Qualifications: • Doctoral or Masters's degree required • Active MFT, LPCC, or LCSW license in California • Minimum of two years of prior work experience as a clinician • Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems • Computer Skills – We use an Electronic Health Records system for all scheduling and documentation. We also have encrypted email and a team google drive with plenty of therapeutic resources for treatment planning Compensation: $70,000 + yearly
