A locally based Healthcare organization is seeking a dynamic clinical leader to oversee the operations of a 50 bed Post-Acute Care/Skilled Nursing Center in the Worcester area. This center does about 50/60 admissions and discharges each month and treats for a variety of complex medical conditions including: Stroke Recovery, Post-Surgical Care, Congestive heart Failure &COPD, Orthopedic Rehab, Cardiac Rehab, Tracheostomy & Ostomy, IV Fusion & Wound Care.

This position will work closely with other members of the companies leadership team to ensure a full Continuum of Care with the affiliated Long-term Care Center, Hospice Company, and Home Care Partners.

The ideal candidate will be a Director of Nursing Services or an Assistant Director of Nursing Services from a TCU/Post-Acute Care environment or a very busy Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center.

This position will pay very well for an experienced Nurse Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit who is excited to further develop and market a program to the Greater Worcester healthcare community.
