A Massachusetts owned and operated Senior Living organization is currently looking to hire a dynamic HR Recruitment & Talent Development Manager.

The HR Recruitment & Talent Development Manager will be based within a 5-Star Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center located just North of Worcester, MA. This position will work closely with each department head to actively recruit highly qualified talent for open positions and establish pipelines for anticipated future needs. This position will also work with the HR Manager to review current employees to identify top performers, under performers, and redundancy in staffing.
