We are committed to ethical advocacy, exceptional service, and team-based success. Pérez Law, PC is seeking a Post-Bar Law Clerk to support our Workers’ Compensation team. This is a paid position designed for recent law school graduates who are awaiting California Bar results or preparing for an upcoming exam. The role offers hands-on legal training, client contact, and the opportunity to transition into an Attorney position once licensed.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with hearings, depositions, trials, and settlements.

Draft legal documents, correspondence, and discovery under supervision.

Review medical and legal records to support case strategy.

Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.

Support case managers and legal assistants with case-related tasks.

Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Completed or preparing to take the California Bar Exam.

Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines.

Interest in litigation and advocacy.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
