Job Description
Paragon Title & Escrow Company with offices in Bethesda, MD and DC, is seeking a Post-Settlement Processor to work in-person at our MD location. The ideal candidate will be deeply immersed in customer service, excel at managing multiple tasks, possess great communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and be a devoted team player with a highly positive attitude.
Responsibilities: This candidate must be experienced in all phases of post-closing, including, but not limited to preparation and submission of loan packages and recordings, e-recording, balancing and disbursing cases, managing escrows and handling client requests.
Education and Experience Required :
· · Bachelor’s Degree.
· · Minimum of three years’ experience
· · Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Hours/Job Benefits
· · Hours: Full-time/In Office: Monday—Friday, (9:00 am—5:30pm)
