Bring Your Culinary Creativity to Life – Become Our Next Culinary Innovation Intern! Do you dream about food trends before they go viral? Are you the type of person who experiments with flavors just to see what magic you can create? At Sandridge Crafted Foods, we’re on a mission to transform mealtime with fresh, chef-inspired foods, and we’re looking for a Culinary Innovation Intern to join our team of flavor pioneers. This isn’t your typical internship – this is your chance to get your hands in the mix (literally) as you help craft the next big thing in refrigerated foods. From soups and sauces to sous-vide specialties, you’ll be part of the team that turns bold ideas into products that customers love. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do (aka, Your Culinary Adventure)Cook up creativity – Apply your culinary skills in a research and development setting, creating new, trend-driven products that delight taste buds. • Experiment like a pro – Work with our food scientists and marketing gurus to develop new recipes, reformulate existing products, and execute taste tests. • Get hands-on experience – Build product samples for internal tastings, customer reviews, photo shoots, and more. • Be a trend-spotter – Stay ahead of food trends and help us create recipes that are as innovative as they are delicious. • Collaborate like a chef in a bustling kitchen – Partner with cross-functional teams in food science, marketing, sales, and operations. • Leave your mark – Own a special project from start to finish and present your results to the team. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • A culinary student or recent graduate with at least 1 year of food service experience (or 2 years of culinary education). • Knife skills and culinary basics that would make a chef proud – sautéing, grilling, frying, and even sous vide cooking. • A curious, creative mind with a passion for flavor innovation and an eye for detail (because the recipe is only as good as the person who writes it!). • Familiarity with Microsoft Office – yes, even great chefs need to know Excel. • Someone who can handle kitchens and 50 lb bags of ingredients without losing their smile.
