Job Description

Postal.io is looking for a motivated eCommerce Fulfillment Intern to join the Marketplace team to ensure excellence in our fulfillment practices. In this internship, this person will become a subject matter expert in the Postal marketplace and will work closely with our vendors, as well as various internal teams. This is a part time position of 10-20 hours per week and is a paid internship. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gain an understanding of our platform and processes through training and self learning.

• Monitor inventory to ensure any items with little or no stock are removed from the online marketplace.

• Place and track orders with vendors.

• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts, etc).

• Follow up with vendors as needed to track or change orders.

• Identify areas of opportunity and suggest solutions or process improvements.

• Assist with miscellaneous data entry tasks for various departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision and as part of a group.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Systems and Computer Savvy – MS Office, Outlook and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and format.

• Self motivated and able to have fun!
