    Job Description

    As the Events Manager, you will work in partnership with various teams (Demand Generation, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, HR, and Customer Success) to develop and execute event strategies from start to finish.

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about scheduling, developing and building events, and who enjoys working with both internal and external teams to create meaningful and impactful events.  

    In this fast paced environment, you’ll be both challenged and rewarded in being part of a first class, scaling start-up’s journey.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to a diverse range of projects, including webinars, client events and internal events , both in-person and virtual. 

    • Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to design, plan, manage and execute in-person and virtual events.

    • Review and share performance metrics with a keen eye on return on investment. Use data and dashboards to advise future programs and investment.

    • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and partners in execution.

    • Own all  logistics, reporting, budget management, content, creative, and communications associated with events.

    • Vendor identification, vetting, onboarding, and management.

    • Strategy, planning and cross functional orchestration of the execution of all aspects of your programs. This may include web presence, content strategy, creative, direct mail, ABM, field marketing, SEO/SEM, paid and organic social, guerilla programs, giveaways and more.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

    • Bachelor’s degree. 

    • Experience in event management, production and managing agencies and budgets.

    • Excellent project management, leadership, influencing, and cross functional teaming skills.

    • A passion for doing the right thing for the customer and prospective customer.

    • Innovative and creative thinker who contributes valuable new ideas and insights and turns them into actionable plans and programs.

    • Resilience, drive, curiosity, and adaptability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environment.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the Google Suite

    • Virtual event experience is a plus.
