Postal.io is looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and insatiably curious professional to join our team as a Logistics Associate. This is an incredible opportunity to join a nimble, fast paced startup and make a significant impact. The Logistics Associate position is a critical part of our warehousing staff and will support our warehousing team to ensure our customers have a seamless experience uploading, managing and sending their warehoused inventory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Logistics Specialist in product uploading / editing and other data entry operations
• Communicating with Finance on charges or credits that need to be applied against customers accounts
• Pulling inventory or order reports for customers
• Review orders and ensure they are processing smoothly to meet expected SLA’s
• Identifying and resolving order issues - releasing holds and reaching out to associated vendors as needed
• Processes returns thats are sent back to the warehouse

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience of client or vendor facing communication
• 1-2 years of experience with data entry
• Warehousing or logistics experience is preferred but not required
• Self-starter and not afraid to take initiative
• Strong desire to learn
• Proficient in Google Suite

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

$24.00/hour - $26.00/hour
