Posterity Group, LLC is seeking experienced Strategic Account Associates to support the American Prisons Data Systems (APDS) in the Massachusetts, Tennessee, Utah, and Kansas. Duties & Responsibilities: * Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders. * Understand the client's use case, goals and needs, and develop strategies to effectively address them and align to APDS goals. * Remove barriers to tablet adoption within facilities and proactively offer support and solutions. * Identify training needs. * Maintain a working relationship with facility staff to promote a positive strategy around tablet use and adoption. * Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned on goals and deliverables. * Work closely with the Strategic Account Manager and Director of Strategic Account. * Management to identify training needs, opportunities to improve account performance and grow the business. * Monitor account activity and performance against OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), review data analytics, providing regular reports to clients and internal teams. * Develop and execute account plans that drive growth and meet or exceed targets. * Stay abreast of new products releases, changes and developments, sharing insights. * Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner Required Skills and Qualifications: * 1-3 years professional experience in sales, customer service, or account management. * Strong ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies. * Excellent communication, problem solving, and presentation skill. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
