For the past 30 years, we at Pot O' Gold Coffee Services have operated with the goal to bring good coffee to the hardworking people of the PNW. With over 900 customers we strive to provide the best service in the business.

Pot O' Gold Coffee Services provides Seattle and surrounding Puget Sound businesses with the essentials to stock their employee break rooms. We provide the freshest of local coffees and snacks to keep every office running and employees happy.

We have an immediate opening for a full time Delivery Driver/Customer Service Rep. We are looking for a reliable driver who is concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe and timely manner. The Delivery Driver will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You should be willing to work as part of the delivery team in order to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client.

To succeed as a Delivery Driver, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled and passionate about providing client satisfaction.

This is a great job for someone that loves working with people and coffee! Most of our delivery vans are Chevy 3500 12' box vans, however we do have a few smaller vans as well. We are searching for someone reliable and trustworthy who's looking for a career with our company. This job entails driving, so a good driving record is a must and familiarity with the Seattle area is a plus!

DELIVERY DRIVER/CUSTOMER SERVICE REP RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

DELIVERY DRIVER/CUSTOMER SERVICE REP REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Washington State drivers license
• Clean driving record
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
• Attention to detail.

POT O' GOLD OFFERS COMPETITIVE PAY, MEDICAL/VISION/DENTAL BENEFITS, PAID HOLIDAYS, 401K RETIREMENT SAVINGS, AND MORE. OUR OFFICE BUSINESS HOURS ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
