    Job Description

    Leading land development firm POULOS & BENNETT is actively seeking a TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST for immediate employment in their Orlando, Florida office. This position provides a unique opportunity to join an established, well-respected, and growing Land Planning, Civil Engineering, and Construction Management firm with a variety and diverse range of projects.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • ·         Responsible for the pre-screening and scheduling interviewing of potential candidates for qualification, technical skills                 and fit on existing and upcoming positions and roles.
    • ·         Partner with department heads to understand the needs of business and develop a staffing plan to support their current               hiring needs and future growth
    • ·         Manage full recruiting and onboarding life cycle of employees.
    • ·         Assist with research on additional resources for advertisement opportunities.
    • ·         Manage the college recruitment program, including: cultivating relationships with target schools, developing strategies                 for attracting a diverse applicant pool, coordinating recruitment and informational events, and attending career fairs.
    • ·         Conduct resume search through websites (LinkedIn, Social Media, and job boards).
    • ·         Respond to candidates following the interview process.
    • ·         Manage job description and posting templates to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
    • ·         Oversee final selection process, including preparing and extending job offers, providing benefit information, coordinating             negotiations and ensuring decline letters are sent to candidates as appropriate

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • ·         Two (2) - Five (5) years of human resource experience with an emphasis on recruiting or one (1) - Four (4) years of                    agency recruiting.
    • ·         Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; human resources or related major preferred.
    • ·         Preferred industry experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C).
    • ·         Must be professional and possess a high level of confidentiality.
    • ·         Excellent interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills
    • ·         Ability to work with others and communicate effectively at all staff levels.
    • ·         Strong computer skills with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook a must
    • ·         Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
    • ·         Advanced knowledge of social media and internet recruiting
