Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Powder Coaters/Industrial Painters. In this role, you will help apply high-quality protective and decorative finishes to metal products while working in a clean and safety-focused manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces for painting and powder coating.
• Apply powder coat and paint according to quality standards.
• Inspect finished products to ensure proper coverage and appearance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous powder coating, painting, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with good attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
