    • Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and Development Engineering.
    • Review equipment performance, energy usage, and calibration requirements.
    • Support customer interactions related to product specifications and testing.
    • Drive continuous improvement, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
    • Ensure proper product labeling, testing, traceability, and disposition.
    • Maintain accurate process documentation and quality records.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Ceramics Engineering or Materials Science (required).
    • Experience with ceramic or inorganic material manufacturing.
    • Strong understanding of process control, yield analysis, and quality systems.

    • Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

    Why This Role?

    • High-impact position in advanced materials manufacturing.
    • Hands-on influence over process performance and product quality.
    • Opportunity to shape how new products reach the production floor.
  • Compensation
    $105,000-$115,000 per year
