    Process Engineer – Advanced Ceramics & Materials

    CUSTOM CERAMICS & METAL OXIDE POWDERS 

    $105,000 - $115,000

    We’re hiring a Process Engineer to help scale and optimize the production of ceramic and inorganic materials in a high-impact manufacturing environment.

    This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking products from development to production, improving processes, and driving measurable results on the plant floor.

    What You’ll Be Responsible For

    • Lead the transition of new products into manufacturing, ensuring smooth scale-up and repeatability
    • Develop and optimize process parameters, work instructions, and production plans
    • Analyze and improve yield, efficiency, and overall process performance
    • Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) and support ISO-9001 standards
    • Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to drive continuous improvement
    • Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades, calibration, and enhancements
    • Support customer-facing technical discussions when needed
    • Ensure proper testing, traceability, and handling of materials and finished products
    • Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve quality and reduce waste

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Ceramics Engineering, or related field
    • Experience in ceramic or inorganic materials manufacturing (large-scale production preferred)
    • Strong background in process engineering, data analysis, and quality systems
    • Familiarity with SPC, ISO standards, and continuous improvement methodologies
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced production environment
