JOB DESCRIPTION

• To avoid safety incidents, learn and follow all safety regulations and practices

• To maintain consistent production, learn and follow all manufacturing policies and practices.

• Ensure product quality by adhering to normal work/process instructions and recognizing any potential product quality concerns.

• Relays, meters, switches, and other electrical components are installed.

• Anchoring, tie-wrapping, routing, flagging, and wire marking are all examples of wiring.

• Crimping

• Stripping of wires and cables

• Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment.

• Lifting up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 40 lbs. sometimes

• On occasion, standing on ladder for 6-8 hours per day

• Perform work in a semi-enclosed location on occasion.

• Work overhead for long periods of time on a regular basis.

• Will be asked, directed, or assigned to complete other tasks as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A high school diploma or GED is required, as well as one year of related manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A basic mastery of the English language, both written and spoken, is required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:

• The ability to execute simple math calculations

• Knowledge of how to read a tape measure

• The ability to interpret a variety of printed materials, including specification sheets, wiring diagrams, schematics, three-line drawings, wiring lists, and part drawings.

• Basic mechanical understanding

• Ability to work with air, hand, and electric tools

SALARY INFO:
