Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our growing IT team. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI. You will work closely with stakeholders within our HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, transform data, and create visualizations that support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
4-5+ years of Data analytics/warehousing experience for enterprise software applications
Proficiency with Power BI tools, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling to create effective reporting solutions
Experience working with BI Tools such as Power BI, Azure SQL, or similar
Ability to connect Power BI to multiple data sources, such as SQL Server, Excel, and APIs
Ability to leverage SQL to create complex queries and database structures
Experience turning raw data into actionable insights, while demonstrating problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail
Experience with report distribution and managing Power BI workspace environments
Familiarity with best practices for Power BI report design, such as user-centered design principles and performance optimization
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus
Experience working with dimensional data models
Possess strong and effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to customize approaches for a variety of audiences
Capable of influencing, interacting, and collaborating with senior management and technical resources both internally and externally
Ability to perform effective product demonstrations as part of any enablement program
Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to understand technical process issues and facilitate or influence decision-making
Power BI certifications (i.e. Power BI Data Analyst Associate)

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. As such, the compensation package for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a target base range of $141,000 - 159,000. The actual salary offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. Additionally, employees may qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
