Role: Power BI Product Owner / Senior BI Analyst

Location: Rosemont, IL (3 days a week onsite) Look for USC/ GC (Candidate with unrestricted work Authorization only)

Seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence professional to step into a high‑impact Product Owner Analyst role supporting enterprise reporting across supply chain, sales, and finance. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong business acumen, stakeholder partnership, and BI expertise with tools like Power BI and SQL. You’ll lead two analysts, manage reporting requests, run scrum ceremonies, and translate business needs into actionable requirements for the BI development team.

Team Structure

You’ll lead two analysts (supply chain + web analytics) and collaborate closely with an IT Operations Lead who oversees the Power BI developer.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the product owner for enterprise reporting and analytics

Partner with supply chain, sales, and finance stakeholders to define reporting needs

Lead two analysts and oversee ticket intake, prioritization, and delivery

Host/participate in scrum meetings and backlog refinement

Interpret business requirements and communicate them to the IT Operations Lead & Power BI developer

Support incident resolution, end‑user questions, and stabilization of existing dashboards

Help roll out new reporting solutions and enhancements

What We’re Looking For

10+ years in Business Intelligence, analytics, or related roles

Strong business acumen and experience partnering with business teams

Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and modern analytics environments

Experience supporting supply chain, sales, or finance reporting

Excellent communication and requirement‑gathering skills

Prior experience leading or mentoring analysts

Comfortable managing ticket pipelines and agile processes.
