We are currently looking to hire multiple Entry-Level Solar Sales Consultants in the Victorville area to expand our footprint in this key marketplace. No previous experience required as we provide full product and sales training (great for career changers).

This role will provide you with the stability of a full-time competitive base salary, while at the same time offering generous commissions on all sales. In addition, all employees receive full health coverage, 401K and $500/month car allowance.

We are concerned more with who you are as a person, than your specific work experience to date. Before you engage with potential customers, we provide comprehensive product training to new employees. We also train new employees on our 'easy-touch' sales process using our in-house sales training program - very handy for employees with little or no previous sales experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct outreach to potential residential clients.

• Work with prospects to decide on the most effective solar solution for their budget.

• Complete the sales process and necessary administrative tasks.
