DESCRIPTION:

Field sales representative will be responsible for building rapport with previously established clients and prospecting new clients. The Dallas / Ft Worth metroplex is wide open, so the possibilities are limitless! Representative will enjoy a base plus commission compensation, PTO schedule, mileage reimbursement and many other great benefits!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Develop new business relationships (Prospect, cold call, and canvass your territory to manage clients and develop new business)
• Conduct routine check-ins with Clients and Field Employees to take a pulse on satisfaction/needs, own and troubleshoot issues as they arise to a thorough resolution.
• Work with General Manager and Recruiters on field staff needs.
• Be able to work commercial jobsites.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; phone and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and office skills (Avionte Knowledge a plus)
• VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE, INSURANCE, AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS A MUST!
• Self-Starter with a winner attitude.
• Experience working with Commercial Trades i.e.: Plumbers, Pipefitters, Electricians, Carpenters, HVAC, Sheet Metal, Welding, etc.
• 5 years working in the commercial construction business is a plus, will train a go getter.
• Bilingual is a plus!
