    About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled Power Platform Solution Architect with 12–15 years of experience to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will engage directly with stakeholders to define technical strategies and design solutions tailored to business needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Architectural Leadership: Design robust, scalable solutions using Power Apps (especially model-driven apps) and Power Automate.

    End-to-End Solutioning: Translate complex business needs into comprehensive technical specifications and deliver complete Power Platform architectures.

    Hands-On Development: Build secure, efficient Power Apps and automate business processes with Power Automate.

    Collaboration: Gather requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver tailored solutions that meet goals.

    Integration Expertise: Implement integrations with third-party applications and data sources using APIs and custom connectors.

    Mentorship: Guide and support development teams, enforcing best practices and coding standards.

    Project Management: Lead Power Platform projects from planning to deployment using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

    Innovation and Strategy: Stay ahead of tech trends in the Power Platform space, proposing continuous improvements.

    Documentation & Support: Maintain clear documentation and provide post-deployment support.

    Key Qualifications

    8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

    Expertise in model-driven app development and Dynamics 365 integrations

    Proven experience in end-to-end architecture design and technical leadership

    Strong proficiency with APIs, custom connectors, and data integration

    Solid understanding of Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Microsoft ecosystem

    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate (preferred)
