    JOB TITLE: SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

    REPORTS TO: National Sales Director

    CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

    SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Well-organized individual with technical aptitude. General office and computer experience. Provide administrative support and coordinate sales analyst reporting activities for multiple sales divisions.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

    • Accurately review and prepare monthly commission reports for approval by Sales Director
    • Perform various data mining/report management for sales analytics and reporting purposes
    • Support and interface with the lead generation team
    • Must have the maturity and discretion to be able to work with sensitive and confidential information
    • Assist Multiple Territory Sales Managers as required.
    • Support the Director Sales, V.P. Sales and V.P. Operations as needed
    • Prepare / distribute various weekly and monthly reports
    • Coordination of event planning for company meetings, training, customer events, etc.
    • Coordinate marketing material collection (video/pictures/content) for sales promotion on multiple media channels.
    • Coordinate, order, distribute and manage inventory of team apparel and promotional items
    • Coordinate travel for management/sales team

    REQUIREMENTS: Three plus year experience with an analysis and administrative background. Strong PC skills - must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work accurately with detailed information. Ability to self-manage and coordinate workflow. Technical aptitude of a construction or service industry and associated equipment. Technical knowledge a plus. Is able to foster positive and effective interaction with leadership, sales teams and co-workers and must be able to communicate in a timely and professional manner.

    QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, discretion and diplomacy.

    • Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

    • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

    • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

    EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

    This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.

    1. Associates degree or equivalent experience.

    An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player. Experience in Word, Excel, and other applicable database programs.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various related documents including sales data/metrics, human resource material and marketing materials.
