    SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

    REPORTS TO: Sales Director

    SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Well-organized individual with technical aptitude. General office and computer experience. Provide administrative support and coordinate sales activities for sales team and management.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

    • Ensure timely and accurate management and commission reports.
    • Have a high regard to confidentiality.
    • Complete and distribute Divisional reports.
    • Maintain & file departmental records & reports.
    • Must be able to work accurately with detailed information openly.
    • Work closely with sales team, area managers and divisional managers.
    • Assist multiple sales members as required.
    • Chase down missing documents from sales team and customers. 
    • Acquire jobsite billing requirements in an expedited fashion
    • Prepare / distribute associated reports and analysis.
    • Maintain all the paperwork for the division in an orderly manner.
    • Search out leads within our system and share with sales team.

    OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED TO MEET BUSINESS NEEDS.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Clerical / secretarial or administrative background with 3+ years of experience.
    • Strong PC skills - Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to manage multiple, different tasks and work accurately with detailed information.
    • Background with typing, 10-key by touch and computer experience required.
    • Ability to supervise and coordinate work flow.
    • Technical knowledge of a service industry is a plus. 
    • Technical aptitude a plus, interact with customers and sales staff effectively and must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

    OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.

    • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

    • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

    EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

    This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.

    1. Associates degree or equivalent experience.

    An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player. Experience in Word, Excel, and other applicable database programs.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex human resource related documents.
