    Position Summary

    Power TakeOff is seeking a full-time Cloud System Administrator to join our growing team of software developers, data analysts, and energy experts. The Cloud System Administrator will be part of a team responsible for managing and maintaining the company's Office 365 and AWS environments as well as being responsible for laptop setup and configuration, and remote help desk support.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for maintenance and monitoring of Power TakeOff production and development environments in AWS EKS.
    • Responsible for the administration of Office 365.
    • Maintaining and deploying laptops as required.
    • Supporting employees with hardware and software issues.
    • Creating and maintaining automated tasks.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree, technical degree, or certifications in I.T. field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role.
    • Experience managing network security and other technical security controls.
    • Experience in the following areas are highly valuable for the role:
      • Jenkins
      • Docker / Kubernetes
      • Source Control Software
      • Security and Monitoring Tools

    Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

    • Team player interested in collaboration and success of the team.
    • Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Strong understanding of security controls and I.T. systems.

    Location & On-Call Requirements

    • Candidates MUST be located in the Continental United States.
    • Participate in on-call rotation.

    Salary & Benefits:

    Salary Range : Depending on skills and experience, $70,000-$100,000
