Independence Excavating is looking to add a Power Washer / Laborer to our team. The Power Washer / Laborer is responsible for cleaning and maintaining various equipment removing dirt, grime, and other debris.

A typical day looks like:

• Following safety protocols while applying cleaning agents.
• Maintaining equipment and various surfaces operating power washers.
• Clean surfaces such as buildings, sidewalks, driveways, vehicles, and other outdoor areas.
• Inspecting work to ensure surfaces are clean and free of dirt and debris and address any missed spots.
• Other duties as assigned.

Do you have what it takes?

• Must have physical ability to stand strenuous and dangerous work environment
• Able to communicate effectively with others and work cooperatively in teams (including resolving basic conflicts with or without the assistance of management)
• Able to solve basic, common-sense problems
• Able to work with general supervision and use some experience/judgment
• Must have a flexible schedule (work irregular or odd hours in outdoor work sites, depending upon project needs or weather), including nights and weekends
