    The Opportunity

    Rolling Suds, America's largest commercial power washing company with 30+ years of success and 70+ locations nationwide, is launching in the East Bay/Tri-Valley area. We're seeking an ambitious sales professional to drive our commercial market expansion through proactive outbound sales.

    Role Overview

    As our Commercial Outbound Sales Executive, you'll focus exclusively on building our commercial client base through direct prospecting, site visits, and relationship development with property management companies and building owners. While our marketing team handles residential leads, you'll be responsible for developing our commercial recurring service contracts through systematic outbound sales activities.

    What Success Looks Like

    Build and maintain a pipeline of commercial property opportunities

    Conduct targeted property visits and meetings with decision makers

    Generate and follow up on commercial service estimates

    Secure recurring maintenance contracts with property management companies

    Develop relationships with key players in commercial real estate

    Work with senior leadership to close major opportunities

    Target Market

    Regional property management companies

    Commercial building owners and managers

    Facility management organizations

    Commercial real estate investment trusts (REITs)

    Multi-property retail and medical facility managers

    Compensation Package

    Base Salary: $45,000-$50,000

    Deal Commission: Up to 10% of contract value

    First Year OTE: $100,000-$150,000

    Top Performers: $200,000+
