Field Service Manager – Power Washing Lead Technician
Rolling Suds – Schaumburg / Rosemont, IL Full-Time or Part-Time | $22/hr Starting | Weekly Pay | Leadership Track

Rolling Suds is hiring a Field Service Manager (Lead Tech) to run our first power washing truck. You’ll lead a 2-person team using professional-grade equipment on residential and commercial jobs, ensuring quality, safety, and exceptional customer service. This is a high-visibility, high-growth position for someone ready to be the face of the company—with the chance to move into Location Manager or Sales Leader as we expand.
Training: You will be flying to Nashville, TN between June 10th - June 13th for training. You'll be paid 8 hours a day while you’re in Nashville. All food, travel and lodging expenses will be covered by the company for this trip in addition to your pay.
What You’ll Do
Lead a 2-person crew in power washing homes and commercial buildings
Operate best-in-class equipment—cleaning up to 5 stories safely from the ground
Set up job sites, oversee safety and quality, and manage daily workflow
Communicate directly with customers before, during, and after jobs
Handle on-site upselling and service add-ons (e.g., Driveways, Decks, roof wash, etc.)
Train and guide the second crew member

Requirements
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong communication skills and professional appearance
Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
Leadership mindset, detail-oriented, and accountable
Comfortable working with machinery and troubleshooting on site
Preferred (Not Required) Experience
Power washing, exterior cleaning, painting, landscaping, or construction
Customer-facing service or sales experience (upselling bonus)
Prior crew leadership or team management is a major plus
Compensation
Starting at $22/hour based on experience
Weekly pay
Overtime available (50–60 hours during busy season)
Bonuses and performance incentives
Annual guaranteed raise of at least $1/hr
Schedule
Full-time or Part-time available
Weekdays primarily, with occasional weekend work
Minimum 2 days off per week, even with weekend work
