Exterior Cleaning Technician Responsibilities

Work closely with the Lead Technician to complete jobs efficiently and professionally

Perform pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, and exterior cleaning services

Follow proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures

Operate company equipment safely and responsibly

Work as a team to complete daily job checklists

Maintain a clean and professional job site

Deliver excellent customer service

Exterior Cleaning Technician Qualifications

Previous experience in pressure washing or exterior cleaning is required.

Experience with professional window cleaning is required.

Experience operating boom lifts and/or scissor lifts is preferred.

Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights

Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Monday through Friday availability

Optional weekend shifts available

Good work history and reliability

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required)
