Must have good customer service skills and be able to knock door-to-door. We want to make sure we help people go solar the "right way" and that all starts with you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Canvassing neighborhoods, going door-to-door.

-Setting appointments with customers for solar proposals.

-Helping people lower their current power bill.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-No prior experience required but past customer service or sales associate experience, especially in the solar industry is a plus.

-Must have a smartphone and personal transportation.

-Ambitious individual.

COMPENSATION:

Pay is $12hr during training and bumps to either $16hr or $20hr depending on performance. Commission is based on each appointment set. Depending on how many you set in a week your commission can be anywhere from $20 per appointment up to $125 per appointment.

We have reps who have made $90 an hour doing this part-time while they are in school.

We are looking to fill both Part-time and Full-time positions. You would have the ability to set your own schedule.
