The Challenge
- Become a trusted advisor and sell our aesthetic medical devices and lasers to aesthetic professionals, clinics, and medical spas
- Engage with prospects at all stages of the sales cycle - including prospecting, inbound lead follow up, discovery, all the way through the post-sale support.
- Be a trusted advisor for customers by utilizing the specialized MRP Sales support team of Sales Engineers and Subject Matter Experts
- Meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI’s and quotas
- Communicate MRP’s mission and sell the MRP value proposition.
- Provide training and support to customers on the proper use of our products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of our products
The Expectation for Success:
- Minimum of 2-10 years Business to Business Sales Experience, preferably in the aesthetics or medical device industry
- Successful track record of achieving assigned sales targets
- Ability to learn and understand clinical solutions with excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience being fully compliant while using a CRM such as Salesforce.com, Hubspot, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Ability to contribute to a positive in-office culture, and comfortable making phone calls surrounded by colleagues
- Ability to commute or relocate to Park City on a daily basis
- Willing to put in whatever time it takes for success
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory and attend trade shows and conferences as needed
