    Job Description

    This position is an entry level position and is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Quality Services and Quality Services Team.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Promotes quality of service to clients and customers by assisting the Quality Services Team with their daily functions.
    • Assist with paperwork to link and terminate contractors.
    • Assist with finding contractors for work orders.
    • Assist with linking contractors with sites as requested.
    • Track service verification tickets and other reports as requested.
    • Make and keep copies of correspondence and other important documents to keep accurate files.
    • Maintain good relationships with all areas of the company by responding to requests for information.
    • Maintain a friendly, professional work atmosphere with other employees, as well as customers, contractors, and the general public.
    • Cover for a team member in the same department when on vacation and assume those responsibilities as required.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Minimum of one year of professional experience required
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills including the ability to work well both independently and with a team
    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills including attention to detail and follow-through
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    •  At least three ears of professional experience
    • Prior commercial landscape experience
    • Knowledge of landscape and snow removal industry is helpful

    COMPUTER SKILLS:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
