We are seeking a Membership Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our team.

You will be responsible for following up with potential clients, providing a comprehensive tour of the facility and programs, help in overcoming any potential objection they might have in order to help them become members.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Deliver a tour of the facility to potential members
• Create value by better acclimating to the health club
• Complete prospect follow up daily with the goal of booking sales appointments
• Working as a part of a team to attain sales goals

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Must have a desire to learn and be receptive to developmental feedback
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Must be approachable, personable and have outstanding work ethic
• Should be reasonably knowledgeable in the fitness and exercise space
• Must be team-oriented and able to work well with others
